Prescribing Physician Registration

Every reader at VueSpan is a Board-certified gastroenterologist who has read hundreds of CE studies. Many are well-known, published investigators in capsule endoscopy, and some are pioneers of the clinical science. Each physician expert reader is licensed in the state where the patient is treated. They conduct standard quality assurance protocols to self-regulate the quality of service.

Reimbursement is simple. Each physician will submit a separate independent claim for their portion of the provided service. For example; the prescribing physician would submit a bill for the technical component of the procedure (CPT 91110-TC), and the reading physician would submit a separate bill for the professional interpretation (CPT 91110-26).
