4. How long does the process take?
After patient information is submitted to VueSpan.com, the prescribing physician is notified that a capsule endoscopy report is ready within 5 business days.
  
5. What if I need clarification of the report?
The reading physician’s name will appear on each case report. That physician is available by phone or email to discuss the report.

6. How is reimbursement handled?
The prescribing physician bills only for the procedure’s technical fee.  The reading physician submits a separate bill for the professional fee.

7. Is there a fee for the service?
Yes.  VueSpan charges a nominal fee per case.

8. Is VueSpan HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. All VueSpan’s services are compliant with HIPAA. Access to the secure Vuespan website is strictly controlled with user name and password.
